"Dr. Hermann Rafetseder – History Research" was founded as firm in 2001 by professional historian Hermann Rafetseder, PhD since 1984 and experienced in several fields of history. More on his vita can be found in http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hermann_Rafetseder. 2001 to 2005 he was responsible for the historical side of Austrian Reconciliation Fund, for which he was awarded an Austrian Golden Order of Merit in 2007.
